Rooms Reborn provides custom home staging and design solutions for clients in the greater Kansas City area. Our company has many moving parts, which can be a little confusing. Below is some high-level information about each of our services to help clear up any confusion.

Owner-occupied Home Staging
All owner-occupied staging begins with a pre-listing consultation which includes a walkthrough of the home as well as written pre-listing/staging recommendations. If additional staging support from Rooms Reborn is recommended, pricing information is included in the follow up report.
Consultations are billed hourly and the average consult (walkthrough and write up) is 2 hours. ALL occupied homes require a pre-listing consultation prior to staging.

Vacant Home Staging
Vacant homes do not require a pre-listing consultation. Staging bids are provided based on the distance of the home from our warehouse, the target list price, a list of rooms requiring staging and photographs of the space. Many times, we are able to plan staging for vacant homes with pictures alone, but when a visit is required, we will schedule that the week prior to staging installation.

Furniture Rentals
We offer two types of rentals: staging rentals for agents/other stagers and short-term rentals for athletes/business professionals.
Agents/other stagers can rent furniture, art and rugs from our secondary warehouse for 6-week terms (monthly rate ranges for different pieces are listed on our website and in the graphic below). There are no minimums, and selections, drop-offs and returns are the renter’s responsibility.
Rental services are also available for athletes/business professionals who are renting homes in the greater Kansas City area for a period of 12 months or less. Design and Re-styling Services
Our team of Design Consultants are excited to help with all of your re-styling and design needs. Our consultants have access to our wholesale vendors and contract resources, and we are able to collaborate as needed to provide the best solutions for our clients. We take on projects of almost any scope, size and budget…from paint selection consultations to furniture purchases to full room rehabs. Online Store
We often get questions about where to find our staging furniture and décor. We partner with several wholesalers for staging inventory, and the introduction of our online store (Rooms Reborn – Rooms ReBorn (KS) (roomsrebornkc.com)) a couple of years ago gave us the opportunity to make a lot of our staging furnishings available to customers in the greater Kansas City area. Our prices are extremely competitive, and customers can choose to have furniture delivered to our warehouse for pick up or select a driveway delivery option at check out. The store is ONLINE only, and we do not carry inventory for purchase at the warehouse.

Used Furniture Sales
We frequently add to our staging inventory as new products are introduced by our vendors. As a result, we are constantly cycling out staging furniture. We host sales open to the public several times per year, as needed. In addition, we post items for sale regularly on our Rooms Reborn Inventory Sale closed Facebook group.
As this service is more a function of doing business as a staging company, we operate the page very simply. Items are posted and sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Unfortunately, most of the time, we do not have the capacity for customers to come and look at these pieces before purchasing. To purchase a piece, simply comment on the post with your email address to receive an invoice. Once the invoice is paid, we can arrange for pick up. Invoices will only be held open for 24-48 hours.

Moving Services
Our sister company, RR Moving, was created to address our need for regular, reliable movers to deliver and pick up our staging furniture. RR Moving is also available to contract for online furniture order deliveries, rental drop-offs and pick-ups and to assist clients moving furniture to their garage/storage unit to prepare their homes for sale.
