Staging Furniture Rentals

We offer a rental option for agents and other staging companies. Policies and procedures are as follows:

• Rentable items include: select furniture, pillows, art
• Rentals are taxable • Initial rental term is up to 6 weeks
• Monthly extensions are available beyond the initial agreement period
• Payment is due when items leave the warehouse
• There are no minimums, and selections, drop-offs and returns are the renter’s responsibility. However, there is an option to schedule delivery/pick-up with our movers. If our movers are scheduled, we are only able to provide a delivery/pick-up window and cannot commit to a specific time. Fees range from $75-250 (each way) and are determined based on the order size and distance from the warehouse.
• Items cannot be selected more than 1 week prior to your rental 
  Items may be selected from the overflow rental warehouse space AND/OR our online rental store
• If the delivery/pick up date is changed or the order is cancelled, there is a $150 restocking fee.
• Warehouse items: These need to be tagged with your name and rental date AND an Apple Note must be created and collaborated with roomsrebornkc@gmail.com
• Online Items: These items need to be paid for when selected. To check out rental items online, search “rental” on our web page, and filter results by the type of piece you are looking to rent. Select “pick up in store” when you check out regardless of whether you are picking up or having us deliver. Delivery and pick up fees are billed separately. 
  
  NOTE: If you are renting a combination of online and warehouse items, include a screenshot of the online order in the note as well.
  
  • Pre-tax rates for different pieces are listed on the graphics below. Most items available at the overflow warehouse are priced using the first graphic. Most online items are priced using Luxury rental program pricing (2nd graphic).
