Our designers will take measurements to ensure spatiality and get a feel for the vibe of the home. To prepare the home for staging, the realtor or Seller will want to adhere to the guidelines set by the designer at the initial consultation. Some of the more common requests include, clearing rooms or objects that will not be used in the staging process, as well as possibly changing paint color and light fixtures.
