Elegant 3-Room Package ($650/mth) includes:
  • Living Room - Sofa, 2 Accent Chairs, Coffee Table, 2 End Tables
  • Kitchen - Table,  6 Dining Chairs
  • Primary Bedroom - Headboard, Queen or King Bed, 2 Nightstand, 2 Lamps, Small Dresser

Fees:
  • Delivery and set up for the basic package is $250 provided that the delivery is within 25 miles of our South Overland Park warehouse. Fees may increase with add-ons.
  • Pick up is $250 provided that the rental address is within 25 miles of our South Overland Park warehouse.
  • There is a $300 cleaning fee applied to all rentals.
  • Signed rental agreement is required with all rentals.
