Minimalist Rental Package

Short-Term Rentals (3-Month Minimum; 2-Month Base Package Rate Due at Checkout)

Minimalist 3-Room Package ($500/mth) includes:

• Living Room - Sofa, Accent Chair, Coffee Table, End Table
• Kitchen - Table,  4 Dining Chairs
• Primary Bedroom - Headboard, Queen or King Bed, Nightstand, Small Dresser

Fees:

• Delivery and set up for the basic package is $250 provided that the delivery is within 25 miles of our South Overland Park warehouse. Fees may increase with add-ons.
• Pick up is $250 provided that the rental address is within 25 miles of our South Overland Park warehouse.
  
• There is a $300 cleaning fee applied to all rentals.
• Signed rental agreement is required with all rentals.
